Yuji Ikeda（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリケーション「TasteGraph」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

要点

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などを収集しません。
記録した作品・評価・分析結果は、原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。
AI機能を使うときに限り、作品名や評価などが当方のサーバーを経由してAI事業者へ送信されます。
アクセス解析ツールやクラッシュレポート収集ツールは一切組み込んでいません。

2. 収集する情報と取り扱い

2.1 端末内にのみ保存される情報

以下は本アプリが端末内のデータベースに保存するもので、当方のサーバーに恒久的に保管されることはありません。

利用者が記録した対象の名称、種別（映画・アニメ・本・漫画・ゲーム・音楽・趣味・食べ物・場所など）、年、評価（★1〜5）
AIが生成した嗜好分析の結果（軸名・スコア・説明文）および推薦結果
AI機能の利用回数（クレジット）残高、有料プランの契約状態と有効期限
表示言語などのアプリ設定

これらは本アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。個々の記録はアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。

2.2 AI機能の利用時に送信される情報

「Taste分析」「おすすめ生成」などのAI機能を実行したときに限り、以下の情報が当方が運営するサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）へ送信され、推論のためAI事業者へ中継されます。

記録済みの対象の名称・種別・年・評価
直近の嗜好分析スコア
利用者が任意で入力した追加リクエストの文章（50文字以内）
すでに提示済みの推薦タイトル（重複提示を避けるため）
回答を生成する言語（日本語または英語）

本アプリはこの通信に、氏名・メールアドレス・端末識別子・広告識別子・位置情報のいずれも含めません。送信内容と利用者個人を結び付ける識別子は付与されません。

追加リクエストは自由入力欄です。氏名、連絡先、その他の個人情報や、他者に知られたくない内容を入力しないでください。入力された文章はそのままAI事業者へ送信されます。

2.3 自動的に取得される技術情報

当方のサーバーはCloudflareの基盤上で動作しており、通信の性質上、以下がCloudflareにおいて取得されます。

IPアドレス（不正利用防止のためのアクセス回数制限に使用します）
リクエストの日時、宛先、応答状態などの技術的な記録

これらは本アプリの安定運用と不正利用の防止のみに使用し、広告配信や利用者の行動追跡には使用しません。当方のサーバーは、送信された作品名などの内容をデータベースに保存しません。

2.4 広告

本アプリは、利用者が任意で動画広告を視聴してAI機能のクレジットを獲得できる仕組みに、Google AdMobを使用しています。広告の配信および測定のため、Googleにより広告識別子等の情報が取得される場合があります。

iOS: 本アプリはApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）による追跡許可を求めていません。したがって、IDFA（広告識別子）を用いたアプリ間の追跡は行われません。
Android: Googleの広告IDが使用される場合があります。端末の設定から広告IDのリセットまたは広告のパーソナライズの無効化ができます。

広告は視聴するかどうかを利用者が選択できます。広告を視聴しなければ、この経路での情報取得は発生しません。

2.5 有料プラン（アプリ内課金）

有料プランの決済は、Apple（App Store）またはGoogle（Google Play）が処理します。当方はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取らず、保持もしません。本アプリは各ストアから返される購入状態（有効・無効および有効期限）のみを端末内で参照します。

2.6 その他の機能

共有機能: 分析結果を他のアプリへ共有する操作は利用者の明示的な操作によって実行され、共有先および共有内容は利用者が選択します。
レビュー依頼: ストアのレビュー機能を呼び出しますが、当方が評価内容を取得することはありません。

2.7 収集しない情報

本アプリは、アカウント情報（氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード）、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真、マイク、カメラのいずれにもアクセスしません。アクセス解析ツールおよびクラッシュレポート収集ツールは組み込んでいません。

3. 利用目的

嗜好分析および作品推薦という本アプリの中核機能を提供するため
すでに記録済みの対象を重複して推薦しないようにするため
不正利用および過剰なアクセスを防止し、サービスを安定して提供するため
広告の表示および有料プランの提供のため
お問い合わせに対応するため

4. 第三者への提供・委託

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売または提供しません。ただし、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者のサービスを利用しています。

各事業者における情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 国外への移転

上記事業者のサーバーは日本国外に所在する場合があります。AI機能を利用した場合、2.2の情報は日本国外で処理されることがあります。

6. 保存期間

端末内のデータ: 利用者が削除するか本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。
AI機能の送信内容: 当方のサーバーでは応答の生成に使用した後、データベースに保存しません。AI事業者における取り扱いは当該事業者のポリシーに従います。
技術的な記録: Cloudflareの標準的な保持期間に従います。

7. 利用者の選択と権利

データの削除: 記録は本アプリ内で個別に削除できます。すべてを削除する場合は本アプリをアンインストールしてください。当方のサーバーには削除対象となる個人データを保持していません。
AI機能を使わない: AI機能を実行しなければ、2.2の送信は一切発生しません。
広告: 動画広告の視聴は任意です。広告のパーソナライズは端末の設定から変更できます。

8. お子様の利用について

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

9. セキュリティ

本アプリと当方のサーバーとの通信はHTTPSにより暗号化されます。ただし、インターネットを介した通信および電子的保管について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新し、必要に応じて本アプリ内で告知します。

Yuji Ikeda ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in the mobile application TasteGraph (the "App").

Summary

The App requires no account and collects no name, email address, or phone number.
The items you record, your ratings, and your analysis results are stored only on your device.
Only when you use an AI feature is that content sent through our server to an AI provider.
No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included in the App.

2. Information we handle

2.1 Stored only on your device

The following is written to a database on your device and is never permanently stored on our servers:

The names, categories (film, anime, book, manga, game, music, hobby, food, place, and so on), years, and star ratings (1-5) you record
AI-generated taste analyses (axis names, scores, summary text) and recommendations
Your remaining AI credits, and your subscription status and expiry
App settings such as display language

Uninstalling the App removes all of this from your device. Individual entries can be deleted in the App at any time.

2.2 Sent when you use an AI feature

Only when you run an AI feature such as taste analysis or recommendation generation, the following is sent to our server (Cloudflare Workers) and relayed to an AI provider for inference:

The names, categories, years, and ratings of the items you have recorded
Your most recent taste scores
Any optional free-text request you typed (up to 50 characters)
Titles already suggested to you, so they are not proposed again
The language the response should be written in (Japanese or English)

The App includes no name, email address, device identifier, advertising identifier, or location data in this request. No identifier linking the content to you personally is attached.

The additional request field accepts free text. Please do not enter your name, contact details, other personal information, or anything you would not want disclosed. Whatever you type is transmitted to the AI provider as written.

2.3 Technical information collected automatically

Our server runs on Cloudflare's platform. As an inherent part of network communication, Cloudflare receives:

Your IP address (used to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse)
Technical records such as request time, endpoint, and response status

These are used solely to keep the service running and to prevent abuse — never for advertising or behavioural tracking. Our server does not write the content of your requests to any database.

2.4 Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded video ads, which let you earn AI credits. Google may collect advertising identifiers and related information to serve and measure those ads.

iOS: The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, so no cross-app tracking via the IDFA takes place.
Android: The Google Advertising ID may be used. You can reset it or opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings.

Watching an ad is always your choice. If you never watch one, no information is collected through this route.

2.5 Subscriptions (in-app purchases)

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store payment details such as card numbers. The App only reads the purchase state (active or not, and its expiry) returned by the store, and keeps it on your device.

2.6 Other features

Sharing: Sharing an analysis to another app happens only when you explicitly choose to; you select both the destination and the content.
Review prompts: The App can open the store's review dialog. We do not receive what you write there.

2.7 What we do not collect

The App does not access account credentials, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, the microphone, or the camera. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included.

3. Purposes

To provide the App's core features: taste analysis and recommendations
To avoid recommending something you have already recorded
To prevent abuse and excessive usage, and to keep the service stable
To display advertising and to provide the paid plan
To respond to your enquiries

4. Third parties

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as required by law or as necessary to operate the App through the providers below.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

These providers may operate servers outside Japan. If you use an AI feature, the information in 2.2 may be processed outside Japan.

6. Retention

On-device data: kept until you delete it or uninstall the App.
AI request content: used to produce the response and not written to any database on our side. Handling by the AI provider follows that provider's policy.
Technical records: retained according to Cloudflare's standard retention periods.

7. Your choices and rights

Deletion: Delete entries individually in the App, or uninstall it to remove everything. We hold no personal data on our servers that could be subject to a deletion request.
Opting out of AI: If you never run an AI feature, nothing described in 2.2 is ever sent.
Advertising: Watching rewarded ads is optional, and ad personalisation can be changed in your device settings.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Security

Communication between the App and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the law changes or as the App gains features. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
